How long should I normally wait for this to come through? The F&F payment was sent at the beginning of December, there’s still no sign of the certificate. I phoned through but they said they were waiting on one creditor to take their dividends (something along those lines) should I chase this up or is it normally take this long etc?

Thanks
Jamie

The commonly 'built in' timescale is up to 6 months. However, this can be extended. Many firms complete within 3 months (some even a few weeks), but a few seem to regard the 6 months as a minimum, rather than a maximum.

I would drop regular reminders.

Just gave them a call now, apparently everything is drafted up all ready to be signed off by the practitioner and the creditors.

Need to give them a call on the 10th June 😅

That's good news and should hopefully full within the 6 months timeline. I would certainly be calling every other day after the 10th June until its received - make yourself a bit of a nuisance and hopefully if necessary they will expediate things.
