Hi
Paid £10k in April 2012 as f/f settlement to GT. They said it would take 6 months. Now 8 months. I did contact them and they informed me that that are only at stage 2 of a 5 stage process. Does anyone know when I can expect it to be fully finalised?

Unfortunately, due to PPI claims and VAT issues it is likely to take a fair while for you to get your completion. Some people have been waiting over 12 months.

Ask them monthly for an update that's what I would be doing. Probably won't hurry it up but they'll not forget you either. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Some really positive news!!! (sarcasm gets you no where) my husband lost his job today, so looking forward I'm sure to the new year with both of us out of work and still trying to live and pay the mortgage. What next?. I agree with your comment "Tough times tough people" but I am really fed up with it all now just wonder what its all about, really depressed its never ending. Well - you come into this world with nothing and go out with nothing so why worry, if we lose our house that will be the last straw!!!!
