Hi, well have finally completed our 6 years of payments. We both received a letter stating our IVA's have been fully implemented, and our creditors have been paid in accordance with the proposed terms, are these our completion certificates. It does read in bold print

NOTICE TO ALLCREDITORS PURSUANT TO RULE 5.34(1), INSOLVENCY RULES 1986, OF COMPLETION OF THE INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT

Sounds like it to me.

You can use this to clear up your credit rating with the three agencies.

Final dividend payments have been made, the bank account has been closed, and I'm just waiting on the final paperwork to be produced and signed off apparently.

Maybe this week, fingers are crossed.

Yep that is it.... I was expecting a certificate ! I had all intentions to frame it but alas no ... It isn't a certificate as such !

There was no trumpets, no whistles and the letter isn't even laminated. Can't celebrate with any one else, as no family or friends knew about the IVA. But as Kallis says it's completed and that's the main thing
