Hello all, first of all I would like to thank everyone on this site for helping me get through a very difficult time. Without this site, I think I would have fallen apart. I have completed my IVA with a F & F and feel like I am coming out of the tunnel of gloom. I would like to thank Mc Cambridge and Duffy for their prompt action over the last few months in dealing with my IVA. i have had a few problems with my IVA but thanks to Melanie and the gang, I have received sound advice and have managed to come through the other side. I have sent my completion notice to all the relevant companies, but one company is refusing to state in on my credit report that the account has been settled! The company is stating month after month that I am defaulting on payments.
I dont want any credit in any form,,, so its not an issue for me, but just wanted you all to know this. Companies can still be very difficult and there is nothing you can do about it.... just thought I would let you know how I m getting on..... If anyone is wondering if they should have an IVA, I would say that it was the best thing that ever happened to me, and this is the best place to be for support... This site saved me,,, THANK YOUX

That's brilliant news Julia - congratulations.

Not sure who you can complain to about that company though - I'm sure someone will be able to tell you.

A slightly longer version I think!
