I've just received from my IP Iva after 6 years it's says following a review of your file I can confirm that no further action is required by you and that the terms of your Arrangement have been met
I'm confused is it a completion certificate because last I spoke to ip they said that were on process of closure please help
The "certificate" of completion is merely a letter of few words confirming that you have met your responsibilities under the terms of the IVA and that the Supervisor has no further interest. This could be it --- or it could just be a letter telling you that you need do no more until the certificate is issued -- I would ring them and ask.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
