I had to phone my IP yesterday, which as left me confused.

In May i had to miss a payment which was agreed by my IP,I was paying £350 a month, but agreed to pay £400 a month for seven months to make up the shortfall, so my seventh month was December.

But this month they still took out £50, i rang my IP who was busy and i thought OH NO i have read about people trying to get old of their IP with no success. Anyway I was lucky my IP rang back in an hour.

He had a look at my details and said we did your annual review in Decemeber were you still owed £50, but he admitted the mistke was that they did this before my december payment, so he said we will only take £300 out next month then everything is clear and you will carry on to pay £350 for next 12 months.

o be told they have done my annual review - i was shocked i wasnt involved, no I and E to fill in, no wage slips to send of -

As this happened to any one else?

no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life

There is nothing to be confused about here - your IP seems to have acted appropriately, but it is a little odd that they have done an annual review without asking you to complete an income and expenditure account or obtaining wage-slips.
