There is some confusion here --- the PPI refund ( after costs) will be deductable from the total original debt. It will not, however, affect your IVA repayments until 100 % of the total debt plus fees are paid.

I would ask them for a detailed account of monies paid in and out to date.

Also check your paperwork to see if you are liable for 8% interest if you hit 100% repayment. Most arrangements no longer have this, but some still do.

The lady on the phone was very rude and when I explain that I haven't heard from anyone from DFD until last year she changed her tuned and started staying I hope u hit your100%

I got all the fees amount from her and I work my figures out again she said they won't do anything until my review and unless They received a large amount of money nothing will change so I said back to her that £20 k isn't large enough.

So I come if the phone and had a little cry :S

If I were you I would contact:

DFDforumsupport@fairpoint.co.uk

unless they pick up on this tomorrow as we do have involvement from DFD on this forum.

Email them with what has happened and ask them to call you to explain.

Mark the email for the attention of Judith Anderton. She has helped many DFD clients on the forum in the past.

They don't need to wait for the annual review time to look at this for you. If there is a possibility that PPI claims will mean your debts get repaid in full, this is something that you absolutely ought to be aware of.
