This may be something or nothing, but I receved a phone call today from what I thought was from Melanie Giles team. Her name was Claire and she said she was taking over our case now instead of Angela and she would send an email to me to confirm her address for future correspondance. But on her email address it said @philipgill.com.....does this mean we have been passed over to another practitioner. I have not seen any reference to Philip Gill on the forum and am a bit worried as we were so relieved when Melanie agreed to represent us. I was also going to post our authority to act today but have held it back now. All our other info that Melanie required, apart from one loan balance which should arrive any day now, is ready. Should I send that or hold back on that aswell????

Don't worry - I own three companies, Philip Gill being just one of them. My staff all work across each company, as do myself and my fellow IP. If you look at the bottom of Claire's e-mail, you will see all of the companies referred to.
Apologies if this has caused you any confusion - I can see that we may need to look at our systems to avoid this in the future.
