I did a £2 Equifax credit score do da thingy. 2 of the loans I had with Lloyds are shown as settled, not Defaulted. My egg loan and CC show as defaulted though. I need to dig out my paperwork as I don't recall Lloyds just writing them off rather than taking a share of the IVA payments?
My IVA is joint with her-in-doors

Not sure on anything about credit scored liverpig as I've never looked at mine but will keep this bumped up for you as someone will know xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I thought any debts included in an IVA were shown as settled? Hopefully someone else will be able to advise.

xx

I wouldn't have thought they would show as settled until the IVA concludes either as until then, none of the debt is written off, I'm sure it's just an admin thingy on Lloyds part and they will still want their share of dividend anyway

Hopefully liverpig managed to.sort this as it is a very old thread which for some reason has been resurrected.
