Hi Cally
You need to inform your IP of the situation. Will you be able to continue paying your IVA when you have moved ?If so your IP may allow a two-three month payment break to help you fund the deposit.

So long as the deposit is for a modest amount, the IP ought to allow you a short payment break in order to repay your family, however this must not lead you to miss more than 3 IVA payments or else your arrangement will fall into default.

Are you going to be able to meet your existing IVA payments when you will be living on your own?
