Shame that we don't get to vote, this would definitely be a landslide.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

If it was down to me Mel you would walk away with the award.

The time you put in here helping people that are not your clients is amazing.

Good luck!

Thank you to all of you who have posted really nice things today - it has brought a lump to my throat and I am very humbled by the feedback, moreso because it has largely come from people who really matter within my professon ie those who seek and expect a high degree of care from the practitioners they have personally chosen to represent them.

I have absolutely no expectations of winning - the other candidates are really strong and very deserving of the award. I was also shortlisted in 2008, so my expectations are limited - but as with all things it is the thought that counts - but my day to day work for my own clients, in a profession I really love, is the real true reward.

Thank you all so much once again xx
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Congrats Melanie........hopefully you will be rewarded for your dedication and like the other IP's who frequent these boards, giving up there valuable time, for no extra reward, be recognised for your sterling service to those seeking guidance and reassurance, sometimes when they are at their lowest and most vulnerable time of their lives.

You certainly get my vote!
I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!
