This happened mid November and after my solicitors intervened they changed their name again to Monster Debt Limited then again back to UK Bankruptcy Limited. But you never know they might try and trade as Clears Debt - but we have put the Registrar of Companies on notice and have also written to the OFT.

Thanks for all your concerns.

Monster Debt Limited sounds really professional doesn't it?!?!

I'm glad you got this sorted out David, and I hope they don't cause you too many other problems.

They probably pinched the idea from our web site debt monster "debtby".

No problems for me - only more hard work!

Thanks Skippy13 for your concern.

In full. Shows you how many gullible people there are out there who don't realise what they are doing!

Hi
That really is an eye opener.Quite expected UKB to claim insolvency and not ever pay a quarter of a million pounds, plus costs, unbelievable
Never knew that there was so much money to be made from people in debt.
Regards
