Excellent news Andy - a weight off your mind and fingers crossed that this can all be sorted sooner rather than later.

Really pleased that you have a possible good outcome to the IVA. I have nothing but praise for McCambridge Duffy so fingers crossed they can work their magic for you and get the IVA to a closure soon.

Keep posting to let us know how things go and I hope your partner recovers soon.

I wish you the best of luck with your offer. You are lucky in thet you are with one of the best and supportive companies (amongst many others on here).

Take care of each other and ( easier said than done) try to limit the arguing and recriminations, all that does is produce negative energy. Everyone here will be sending positive vibes. Be strong, both of you.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thankyou for all your kind words and support, i've gone from feeling excited to feeling a bit sick, knowing it could be so close to finishing, but also knowing it could be rejected. We're trying to stay positive and your words of support are keeping us up there, all we can do is wait. The only way i can describe what i'm feeling is that it's like sitting in the waiting room and your next to see the dentist [:0]

Just caught up with this Andy as I was not on the Forum yesterday. However, you could not be in safer hands than Roisin and fingers crossed everything goes well for the full and final.

Thanks michael, one thing i forgot to ask was how long does it normally take till i hear anything, could it takes days, weeks or is it a lengthy process? I'm checking my emails every 10mins [:)]. Thanks for your support.

It normally takes up to seven days for the variation to be drafted, checked and sent out. We normally have to give 28 days notice of the meeting so that would be the realistic timescale. Creditors will usually be understanding and sympathetic especially given the time you have already been in the IVA.
