Hi I am about to apply for an IVA,and understand that it will be for 5 years. However my family and I are considering applying to emigrate next year, I also understand if we then sell our house I will have to offer my share of any profit/capital left. Would there be any further consequences?

Hi Terry and welcome to the forum

Not really - but you would need to ensure that your employment abroad would pay sufficiently to enable your IVA payments to continue at the level you originally pledged.
