UNTIL YOU POST MORE DETAILS OF YOUR FINANCAIL SITUATION NONE OF THE EXPERTS CAN ADVISE,EVERY BODY HAS A DIFFERENT SET OF REASONS FOR AN IVA AND A DIFFERENT INCOME AND EXPENDITURE,IF AN IVA IS A VIABLE PROPOSITION TO YOUR SITUATION THEN THE EXPERTS CAN ONLY ADVISE ONCE THEY ARE MADE AWARE OF YOUR SITUATION.I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK IN FINDING AN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION

Hello Michael,

Welcome to the forum.

Tracy is right; we need a bit more information from you. Could you please tell me how much your debt is and how much equity you have on your property?

Is the debt in your name or held jointly?

Kind regards,

Julia
