Has anyone got any recent contact details for eif? It's come to light that they still haven't dealt with my ppi offer fron rbs despite it being made in July 2013 and my creditors have not received the money they are due so I've been told I must chase them up and all 3 previous contacts I had (when I have chased them years ago) are all bouncing back at me.
The creditors are due this money so I would like to see it actually dispersed as an asset of my completed iva rather than being forgotten about.
A claims handler at eif would be great but happy for anyone as Google searches so far have been a bit fruitless.

If eif was appointed by your iva company and you have your completion certificate you have no responsibility to do anything.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
