I rang GT again today to ask how much longer before my IVA was finished. I was told that the person closing the case has changed (again). The last person I spoke to said that the IVA should be closed by December and then it was by the end of this month. However once I spoke to the new person closing the case today they said it might be a month or so before the IVA was closed. Do I need to speak my IP to make a complaint or can I just email them. I feel that it is the only way now to get any further.

I would write to the new person dealing with your case and state that unless your case is closed within 14 days you will refer the matter to the regulatory body without any further correspondence.

I suggest that you e-mail the IP directly and ask him to look into this for you. I am sure that if they knew how frustrated your were getting they would want to get things sorted out for you as soon as possible.

I am getting lots of calls from firms who have been using the insolvency register and trying to sell bme loans ect. I would just like put this part of my life behind me now and start a fresh.
Where would I find my IPs email address ?
