Hi my Husband is working for a company as a general manager and he has to give 3 months notice. What could happen if he doesn't give 3 months notice. He is working for a retail company. Is their anything they can do.
Thanks

I'm not quite with you here. Is your husband thinking of leaving where he works? If so, and his contract states that he needs to give 3 months notice, then that is what he should do.

If he goes before that time, he will certainly not be paid up until the end of that time. If he's not got another job, then that's not good.

If he has the offer of another job, then he could always ask if he could be released earlier.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
