Hi sharon and a warm welcome to the forum

Your IVA will be in your sole name as a matter of course, but if you are living with a partner your IP will need to know details of his earnings to ensure that you are paying a fair share of the household and other shared bills based on the ratio of your individual earnings.

Do you have enough disposable income to fund ongoing IVA monthly contributions, or will an element of your partners income have to be relied upon as well? Does your partner have debts of his own?
