Aarrghhhh!!!! Have finally sorted out my council tax problem! They phoned me and I said because I am due to move back to my own house in 2 weeks, there was no point setting up a direct debit and there was no way I was paying the whole bill up to April cos I wouldn't be here! So I asked could they give me a final bill for the council tax on the rented flat and I'd pay it. They said no problem - but yet 1 week ago I suggested this and they said no!!!! Still, one problem sorted - 99,999 problems still to go!!!!!
