Just a thought ... but don't you actually want the house not to be worth too much .... I would scrape the kids down off the ceiling and let them ransack the place over the weekend before the estate agent arrives on Monday!![:D]

i know i realised that... OCD it just takes over!!!

House isn't up too much anyway just can't do muck.... gave some cock and bull story about getting a divorce so is just doing a conservative valuation (terrible I know me being a catholic girl!!)[:I] Plus not really selling it... well if all goes to plan... fingers crossed

For the first time in my life, still facing the possibility of bankruptcy, I'm really chuffed that house prices have tumbled in my area and I am now on the verge of being in negative equity! [:)]
