Hi...has anyone any experience of dealing with Creation Finance whilst setting up an IVA? I wrote to them and told them that I was seeking debt help and looking to set up and IVA and to freeze my accounts. Didn't get a response back however just got a text message telling me to complete the forms and return within 48 hours.... I haven't received any forms?!

As far as I can tell form their website they are loan providers.

As far as I can see they are not licensed IPs so if you have asked them to help you with an IVA I can only presume they will refer you to someone else after acting as a middle man as you need an IP to help you set up an IVA.

The fact that you haven't heard from them doesn't bode well.

Shop around.

I'd be happy to speak to you.

Sorry I misunderstood you.

If you are setting up an IVA you don't really need to contact them as your IP will write to all of your creditors.

Ok thanks i'll just ignore it then. If I get some forms in the spoke I will speak to my case handler, creditors meeting is on the 20th so they should all be in the loop now.

You would be surprise how long it takes for some creditors to catch on! But, as you plan, just let your prospective IP deal with it.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
