I have just completed my IVA in September 2008, can you advise when the Credit Agencies remove me from the bad debtors and who they are. I believe I have to inform them that the IVA has successfully completed?

If you send a copy of your completion certificate to the 3 credit reference agencies, they should update your file.

Hi all, thanks for your kind words and advice, it was hard work but I finally got there, I just await the certificate then I can send to those credit agencies, I don't trust them one bit no matter how often you contact them I bet they keep me on the register as a bad debtor. I was told I have to wait another 13 months to be completely off the register even though they mark it as satisfied ?
