what the good news for me , i made my mind , i go with pay plan and proposed iva, this is best i think,
but i am worried how should i tell them that i dont want their service as i already signed for their service which is not even started , they just wrote some letter to my creditors and try to make my financial report which they already charged £175 upfront, my question is that can i say no to them and i go for iva, because they are asking me for £300 on next meeting, pay plan adviser gonna speak to me tommorrow and take the details of my debts , expenses and income , let see i can easiy pay £200 or £220 per month towards my iva if it will go positively pass , thanks

You can say no to them. You are much better off with Payplan.

Do not pay them anymore money. Tell Payplan what has happened so far and they will assist you.

Tell CCS that you have changed your mind and do NOT pay them anymore money.

Cleardebt are also a good firm, Melanie Giles also comes recommended.

Great decision. Payplan, Cleardebt or Melanie will be able to help you clear your debts and advise you on how to deal with CCS. As Kellis said, don't pay them any money now...whatever they say. Only take advice from your new debt advisor. Keep posting to let us know how you get on and come to the forum with any more questions...were always here! Good luck! X

Speak to as many decent advisors as you want. They should all advise the same if it is relevant to your circumstances.
