Has anyone used this to look at their Credit Report? I just looked at their Website and it says that you can have a "30 day Free Trial". Does anyone know what it costs after the 30 days and whether it is easy to cancel the arrangement after the "free" trial? And is the Credit Report easy to understand? I am always a bit wary of "free trials" in case there are any hidden extras!!!!

Hi Optimist

It's perfectly easy to use and there are no hidden catches, it saves them a lot of money! The reports are not that complicated, but anything you don't understand just post on here and I'm sure it will be answered quickly/

it is also easy to cancel.

Hi You just have to remember to cancel it! When you first set it up they ask for bank details even though you do not get charged for the 30 days. A couple of days before the free trial ends, they will write or email you to advise that if you do not contact them then they will continue with the subscription and will debit your account on or near a certain date. It cost me £50 odd because I forgot to inform them to cancel it! :)

The site is really easy to use and when you first enter it all the information is displayed on one page which you scroll down on but you can click the tabs at the top to get any specific details.

Thanks for the warning kandh - I am always a bit worried about free trials where at the end you have to opt "out" rather than opt "in". But my curiosity has got the better of me so I shall register tonight.

It's easy to cancel just don't forget to do it before the end of the free period as they ask for your bank deatails up front.

I'd just pay the £2 for the report as and when you need it.

Get one when your IVA is completed ensure it is marked as satisfied after it has been completed, and to check the default dates to get them corrected if necessary.

And another one to confirm dates have been corrected as requested.

And then get a final one in 6 years from the creditor meeting date to ensure everything is wiped.

It will be cheaper than paying a monthly subscription!
