I'm just worried why the last 4 payments have been missed?? Hopefully it will be sorted asap!!!

FJ should be sorting this for you ..you should not be having to resolve this. Give your IP a ring and then follow up that conversation in an email stating you will be lodging a formal complaint of this issue is not resolved and cleared up etc.
