I have been checking my credit file and my IVA is cleared off my present address but is still on my previous address. I am also linked financially to my ex too. How do I go about clearing these off please. My IVA is complete.
Hi Rachael, if you no longer have any joint accounts you can create a disassociation using this form but you will also have to contact Call Credit and Equifax. http://www.uk.experian.com/contactforms ... ation.html
If you have your completion certificate you could send this to the credit reference agencies and request they remove the IVA from your previous address

An address that I have not lived in for over ten years us still on there. Can I also remove names that I no longer use. One is my married name which I have not used since 1991 when I got divorced. Think ylthat's everything.
