recovering -I think you meant me not abbiesmum? my review is due 25th February no they didn't contact me, I called them in January and asked them to email an I&E form over so I could prepare for it, 3 days ago I received a letter in the post saying I had not sent all the requested documents in the timescale requested and I needed to send it all immediately or they would advise my creditors of non compliance!!!! after a phone call back to them I received an email apologising yet again another admin error on their part. I am quite proactive when it comes to my reviews I send everything before the due date followed by an email a couple of days before the review is due and ask them if they now have everything to conduct my review last year they did it that day.

Sorry for the wrong name! I am due a review before you, I chased them endlessly last year and the review was months late and I also got a non compliance letter. I am just a bit irritated by their non compliance!!
I email my wage slips every month with or without an uplift and get no confirmation. I have to assume they have got it and it is correct. I refuse to spend hours on the phone 1 getting an answer and 2 finding anyone who knows what they are talking about!!

Hi HM -Keep positive - you have 3 years behind you now and are closer to the finish line. Keep your chin up and you will be surprised how quickly time will pass before you are posting about your completion.

If it's your payments you are struggling with then perhaps you need to have a chat with your IP as perhaps your contributions need adjusting, which should come out in the review anyway.

Depends which company it is - I never had to send any statements in.

I have just had my first review with Credit Fix after being sold down the river by PJG over a year ago. Had to send of six months statements which I had no problem with as they are squeaky clean & just show my direct debits and huge, untraceable cash withdrawals. My payments are staying the same which is good news but they did not tell me this. I had to phone them up to find out. I asked the helpful lady on the phone if I would be getting an email/letter confirming this but she said they don’t bother telling you if payments stay the same. Only if they go up or… wait for it…… down! ha ha ha!
