No problem! I was also prepared for a fight, and got myself into a real state whilst submitting everything, but I needn't have done, and it was all quite painless. I know exactly what you're going through, it is quite an anxious time, especially if the equity is going to be close. Will keep everything crossed that yours goes smoothly too.

Thanks so much. Equity is approx £7000 between us ,so fingers crossed we won't need to do the extra 12 months. It's so reassuring hearing positive news from you as you have been through it recently.

Hi we are in month 53.

I believe that month 54 we need to approach this with creditfix too.

Problem is since moving from pjg there has been no communication on the equity release so I have no idea if I approach them or they approach us.

Figures are similar to op and we have the 2010 clause of 85% ltv and the £5k waiver so in my mind there is no way we should pay anything past the 60 months.

Who should be doing the leg work should be in the proposal. At the end of the day, however, it is your IVA and you should be driving.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I have contacted them but I only have my mortgage balance via telephone through my mortgage company.

I am not sure whether to get a valuation or if the company do it.

E mails have been sent but no clear responses yet.

Really pleased for you, Creditfix seem to be so good at some things it's a shame they keep muddying the waters
