u might get a mortgage but definitely not at good rates,
as far as creditors can see you and your partner are risks.
credit scoring deals with risks assessment from a group of people in similar circumstances, and depending on what type of customer the bank is looking for will depend on what type of credit and terms you get
I know with loans two pieces of active credit with green ticks is good credit and no negative history, is more accurate
lying about not being in a iva is not smart because if you dont any searches while the iva was showing, who ever searched your file, will know, unless you done absolutely know searches u might have a better chance.
and yes be careful of internal files companies keep on you, if you want to make sure, you can always apply for a subject access under the data protection, especially people applying to big group companies like rbs, which NatWest is under.
