Well the first one has arrived - 55 pages of rubbish from Call Credit! I've now got the great job of writing to my creditors to get the defaults removed - luckily I didn't have too many!

There are a couple of things that are worrying me though:

My BR and discharge date are showing on the file and are correct. However, there is a second BR showing with the same date of BR and same reference number but a different court! It also doesn't show that I am discharged. Any ideas?

My IVA is also showing with a start date of 24/10/06 (correct) and an end date of 24/10/07 (wrong) and saying that it is active. Would the correct end date be the day I declared BR or the date that my IP wrote to my creditors to terminate my IVA?

That doesn't sound that good, Skip. It may be an input error so I would get in touch with either your OR or the Insolvency.gov just incase it causes you problems,
