i am having great problem opening a cash minder account which i know is open to people in our position i believe this is due to last being on the electoral register in 2003 then moving overseas for a short period coming back to the uk until 2006 then moving overseas again until nov last year and now finally being in the uk this i believe is affecting me as bfpo address i dont believe are recognised is there any were that keeps my address history on file that is accssesible for free
