Hi my IVA is now all paid up, first payment 28/12/2012 last payment 28/11/2018 the full 6 year term, my question relates to 2 issues on my credit report one from Nram that shows as satisfied but also shows 6 missed payments and a default date of 20/3/2013 after the date my iva started. Natwest bank is also showing a default date of 30/05/2013 again after the IVA actually started, i don't yet have my completion certificate but is there anything i can do to get the date corrected or is it a case of waiting for my completion certificate to come. Cheers
The first step to getting back on track

You can ask that the date be corrected ... but, by the time this was done, the 6 years would have passed anyway and the defaults gone without intervention.

There is a template in my article here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
