I presume that it is over 6 years since your IVA was approved?

I don't know why it should be showing on one, but not the other. It should drop off after 6 years anyway.

Hi Redhead
Sometimes credit references agencies can be slow to update their files. First and foremost you should explain to them that your IVA has successfully completed and secondly send them a copy of your certificate of completion (theyshould have this already but is worth sending it again).
Congrats on becomming debt free.
