Contact the CRA and explain what has happened to them and ask them remove the account.

The default may cause a problem nursecrippin, or at least result in a higher rate. If it shouldn't be there, ideally I'd try to resolve this first.

Thanks guys well pra company have phoned me but they are refusing to reset the default date to the start of my IVA. instead they want to lable my file saying IVA . Ive got to send them a photocopy of my completion certificate and also a copy of the credit report showing what they put.
What happens now.
they making my file worse by putting IVA back on there as everything else has dropped off and they are adament the default date does not have to be from the start of the IVA.

what can i do

That is disgraceful!!! They can't do that! Tell them you are escalating this and make a complaint to the FCO I believe.

Someone will correct me if that's wrong!

Thanks Foggy!!! I couldn't remember the acronym and I don't think she want to complain to the foreign office!!
