If anyone thinks that most creditcard are propertly managed by most people then they should read this authoratative site.

The site states that if you paying interest on credit card then you are abusing the card use. The BBA say 75% of the Card balance of 55 billion are accruing interest.

I think evidence enough there is a creditcard debt problem

I THINK THER IS A BIG DEBT PROBLEM IT TO EASY TO GET CREDIT

I think credit cards should be banned. Those statistics are pretty shocking, I got my first credit card at 18. The limit was £500 and within 12 month the limit was £2000. I'm now 40k in debt, go figure. That's where it all started. Not that I don't take responsibility but credit is too freely available, especially to young people and those who are heavily in debt already.
