Hi Greg

Thanks for replying so quickly and for clearing that up. I think alot of people have had mixed advice when they have contacted Creditfix direct.

I hope your presence will put minds at rest in what's been a very worrying time.

I am not with your company but I am sure your presence will help allay lots of fears regarding the change over.

Welcome from me! It is always useful to have an expert on hand from a lot of the larger firms.

Welcome to the forum Greg. Not a moment too soon. Given the amount of customers CF have on here, it may be advisable to have a more regular presence on here, at least to start with while we iron out issues.

So I get a letter today from creditfix taking me to court because my account is in arrear. Is thus normal practice? Hopefully the nice people in customer services can sort this Because after 50 payments and being so close to the end I don't appreciate this type of letter.

Downwardi,

Can you send me an email? That way I can look at your account and see what is happening with your case.

Hi Greg - will there be any consequences to ex PJG clients for not signing the new T&C's such as delayed completion of our IVA's?
Inter-locking IVA approved 25th Feb 2013 - F&F offer Accepted 06th July 2017 - Completion Certificate received 20th July 2017

I have written to Greg, quite a long email which includes the questions that we have all been asking. He has given me a reply but has said he is going to consult the IP and come back to me with a more comprehensive/detailed answer to the questions once he has spoken to her. I asked that he could then wrap everything up and post a long, generic post on here to answer all these questions that we have. I hope that he does as it will ultimately save a lot of emails having to fly back and forth.

Greg do CF really need to make it so dam obvious we are in an IVA by plastering the letters on everything and sending huge bright red envelopes with our IVA reference number in clear view of anyone who comes across our mail? I dont agree that iva appears in our reference surely a personal id number and surname is sufficient to track payments. I dont want those three letters appearing on our bank statements when need to produce them for id purposes at work for example. AL and PJG have always been discreet and professional and made us feel we were being dealt with with respect and professionalism. The contact we have had from CF has been nothing but patronising, unprofessional and is making us feel like a lowlife of society. We have had a good 2 years with PJG and finally felt like we could live again but since October its like being in fear of the phone/post again.

HERE YOU ARE ......I appreciate the concern, however, the IVA reference number is purely there to allow us to allocate any payments made. The reference number does not appear on any bank statements you receive.Payments will show as: SUSAN M WRIGGLESWORTH on any bank statements. - See more at: http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TO ... abMZZ.dpuf
