Same
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Has anyone spoken to or contacted Mel, Sue or any of the team at PJG since all this at all?

I know that we are no longer with them but perhaps we could speak with them regarding some of our concerns?

I have to say Mel's departure from this forum is a sad loss.

I am disappointed we got sold on, but even if we were all happy with Creditfix I can't see how she could've remained here.

If she came back she'd be advising ex-clients on their dealings with CF... that'd be strange.

Im also an ex PJG client, now CF. Great idea Hubert, thankyou. Most of us found Mel and PJG through this forum (I know i did) therefore, being able to address and communicate with her on here was almost fundamental to the smooth running of our iva. This is why we are all now on here seeking advice from each other and the remaining experts, as its what we are used to! It would be great if susan wriglesworth could understand that, and just be a bit more open and honest with us all. It would help massively.

Mrs R, I have had contact with Mel through CW shortly after the new T&Cs were sent out. She did say she would always make herself available, and I do feel I could contact her for advice if something bad happened, but I also believe, understandably it would be difficult for her to pass too much comment. I did forward her the email that we got though, just because she is investigating PPI, and this forms part of the new t&cs.

Ok we can do it electronically. From the "forum members" not anybody by name.

Paranoid maybe, but don't want to stitch anybody up.

I think it would be very difficult and inappropriate for Mel to publicly respond to the CF situation now.

Your plans of a joint 'lobby' are sensible and if it were me writing I would use recorded delivery and email. I would also identify the most senior officer in CF and cc them in to it so they are fully aware of the situation and current feeling.

Ex PJG also here and been transferred over to CF in October 2014

I have a feeling there are lots of us lurking around on the forum, i know i found Mel by researching IVA's and stumbling over this forum.

I also have a feeling that we are getting lots of wrong info from the 'customer service team' and this is what is causing all the panic and worry for us.

Long gone are the days when we could call up PJG and speak to Mark/Laura or even Mel if you needed too, i miss having that reassurance that someone is around if we ever run into problems.

Hi Hubert, totally agree. My thoughts were that if people were happy to name themselves that if we could find a private space, get together and brainstorm we could come up with a letter. Everyone could have a paper copy, add their details and send it in. That way it would be more relevant as individuals could be responded to. I have tried to add frugal friends but no joy with contacting them
