Does anyone have any experience of the closure process with Creditfix? If so, what was it like?

My last payment was a week ago and I've heard nothing from them.

The closure will take a while as they have to distribute the funds to the creditors and do your closing report so I could be a couple of months, plus they may chase PPI.

Title of this post gave me a real fright!
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi we finished last September/October. Found them very efficient, we had our CC 10 days after our final payment! I would highly recommend phoning them and speaking to whoever has been assigned your case to close. Once I had a name and email address everything was seamless. There was no final review as I was told they had enough information to go on
Finally, we came off the Insolvency register 3 months to the day of closure!
Hope this helps?
