I can't quite believe it but we actually have our completion certificate.

We were transferred from PJG and made the last payment in Oct.

I spoke to a really helpful lady called Vicky Mayer in the closure team who seemed to hurry things along for me. The weekly nagging emails and phone calls have definitely paid off.

Can't quite believe it.

I asked them what their complaints procedure was last week as I was only ever getting the same response from customer services. That same day they put me in touch with Vicky and she was amazing. I'm sure they just wanted me off their backs in the end.
By the way I didn't sign the new terms and conditions that they tried to get me to sign.
Thanks to everyone who has supported me the last five plus years. This forum has really been a lifeline for me.
