Well 2 weeks after last payment was made both our completion certificates were received today.

I can only say thank you to them and that looking at the whole thing being transferred to them from PJG was the best thing possible.

The CC doesn't look like much but it is being kept really safe!
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

It's not an impressive document, is it ? However, a VERY important one.

CF do seem to run an IVA reasonably well, usually taking the line of least resistance and generally interpreting things as we would prefer. If they could only get a handle on communications !!!

Onward and upward :-)

Congratulations, I have 11 payments left with CF and can't really fault them it has gone smoothly.

Can I ask did you have to do a final review as some companies do and some don't.

Companies do a final review in order to report due compliance and completion to the creditors, however, not all feel the need to involve us in this process.

I was copied in on mine, which took place within a few months of my IVA being brought to an end by F&F, and it basically said "I do not intend to complete a further full review as it will only be a repeat of the last one conducted."

It had the charge for the mass variation meeting but to honest we are just grateful it is all done.

It's not a good time to be in an iva with all the company changes going on so happy to be able to move on.
