After 5 adjournments I have just received a new date for the 6th meeting of creditors to consider my full and final offer possible due property equity, the meeting is scheduled for September. If my offer via The Select Partnership is accepted, does anyone know what the final process with Creditfix involves ? Will they just provide the closure certificate or will I be required to jump through any more hoops?

They will (should) go through the usual completion / closure procedures and issue your certificate in due course. Generally CF do not take too long and seem to conduct closure fairly painlessly.
Let's hope this meeting goes through and that they have finally sorted out their mess.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
They completion process was excellent ( yes I am talking about Creditfix ) I had my completion cert about 2/3 weeks after last payment and that was slower than most!

Thank you - yes certainly hoping their mess is well and truly over. The most awful aspect of it was that they did not immediately own the fact that it was their responsibility. All the communications implies it was my fault and of course that caused immense anxiety. I also needed to remind myself that I was still their customer and therefore had a right to complain. There is a lot of guilt attached to debt and you can often feel you have no right to complain. I am now feeling more confident having challenged them. But still hoping that I can soon not have them in my life !

This very reassuring - thank you. Once I have made the last payment, do I need to send them anything else ?
