I just received a I&E form from CreditFix.
Wanna see it?

Sorry for the quality...
It came with a short-and-sweet letter saying basically they have to do these reviews etc... Fill in and return within 14 days.
The letter also asked for 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements.
The form is a bit different to the old PJG one. Transposing the figures was a bit fiddly because some categories that were on the PJG form are not on this one. Likewise CF have some that were not on the PJG one.
However, with a little patience you can figure it all out.
Tiny boxes though, get a fine tipped pen!
PS. To those worrying about scrutiny of expenditure, note the word "ESTIMATE" at the top [:)]

Thank you for posting that, I'm sure it will give others a heads up as to what is coming. All the best with your review.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hubert,
Was your review due?
We've had ours in August with PJG, and don't fancy going through that rigmarole again!

No... I had my annual review in September.
However, I recently got a mortgage discount and told them. They then said they'll send me a new I&E form to fill in.
The letter asks for bank statements and payslips so I'm sending them too.

Thanks for that.
Loads of extra catagories!!! So silly question but PJG gave us allowance for car maintainance even though we dont necessarily need it monthly its available...can we put that down still as an 'allowance'?? and things like school fees theres always trips, 'donations' for mufti days etc...pjg were realistic about stuff like that and gave us an allowance as well as pocket money...can that be simply transferred even though no clear evidence of it on bank statements?
Loving the lottery section on expenditure! haha!

Hehe the lottery section made me smile.
Maybe they're hoping for a whopping wind-fall!
Re: meals at work, I just added mine to food/drink. Didn't know where else to put it.
I think anything you had agreed with PJG still stands Abbiesmum, like car maintenance. The theory is we save it monthly for when the car goes pop, so the allowance is valid.
My annual review was only a couple of months ago, so I just transposed everything across with just the mortgage figure different. Nothing has changed really.
If I&E figures have been accepted, they stand. Only increases need to have reasons/proof etc...
Perhaps an expert can back me up here but previously accepted allowances that are not changing can't be challenged without good reason (e.g. school uniforms when your child has since left school).

We dont segregate our shopping into milk/food, toiletries, nappys etc. It all gets bought in our weekly shop so i would just put the housekeeping allowance we try and work too...if they want me to be specific re:formula, nappys and wipes etc i can but will likely eat into our disposable income!!!!
Yeah i wonder if they hope the more spent on lottery the bigger chance of windfall!!!!! hehe!!!
Our childcare varys depending on school hols so we worked with mel to add up over year, divide by 12 and put the difference aside to pay for higher costs in the hols. School feesare ridiculous. Everyday a letter comes out for a few quid here and there! Eldest starts secondary in sept so will have expense of uniform in summer 2015 and we all know how much blazers ties etc are from school specific suppliers

dreading it. Well al we can do is put down costs and hope they accept what weve worked to. No change in income and if DD increase can send supportive evidence like we did to mel.

Abbiesmum - I hadn't broken my costs down as much as their form requires, I think it's probably only important when the creditors have to review it and choose to accept a lower payment. Other than that it's just the IP's own admin purposes.
It might be interesting to forget your old I&E for a moment and fill in this new form from scratch and see how it comes out!

Keiron - I've only completed one review myself and that was with PJG. So I can only speak from my limited personal experience.
I'm doing an interim one now with CreditFix.
Basically, what I did was took last years I&E figures and checked to see if anything obvious had changed, like car insurance going up, then copied all the figures to the new sheet.
Anything that has increased, you need to give a reason. For something like gas bills that's easy just send the bill. For things like petrol or food, just state a reason why it's gone up (e.g. have to drive further to work each day, prices have gone up etc...)
Anything that's staying the same I just put the figure, no explanation.
Anything that's decreasing, just a few words so it's clearly not an error (e.g. got a better deal on car insurance).
You need to provide all figures not just changed ones.
And if you're with CreditFix you need 6 months bank statements and pay slips.
If not much has changed since last year it should be plain sailing [:D]
When there's lots of changes I don't know so much. Perhaps more experienced folk on here can comment?
