Hi,
We made our 60th payment on the 26th October but I had uplift to pay from my casual job and had to wait for the wage slip to come so I could scan it over. Last night I emailed my wage slips over and also paid the last uplift payment and in the email I asked them to let me know if there was anything else they needed (we had already sent back the signed PPI deed a few weeks ago) as we wanted to close as soon as possible and receive our completion certificates as soon as possible. Before 11am today we received an email from the closure team saying our account was complete along with PDF copies of our completion certificates and breakdown of payments to creditors and final dividend! How amazing is that? CC's less than 12 hours after the last payment?! I must say that although it was daunting when we were transferred from PJG and there were a few hiccups along the way whilst they were getting to grips with the transferred accounts, Creditfix have been very good and always answered our queries, and with this quick completion it shows that things have definitely improved and I am very impressed. I hope that everyone else nearing the end get such a quick turnaround too.

Congratulations! Its a great feeling. We completed with CF, and had our CC last week which took about 2 weeks. I think 12 hours must be a new record though! Enjoy being debt free :-)
