Did Creditfix contact you Keiron or did you have to chase them up?

My final review was due Oct. Nothing from them. Not a sausage. Just emailed Greg as I'm sick of being fobbed off. I also feel sorry for the customer services people who have all been lovely but seem to be there to pacify rather than give any useful information.

At the moment I can see no end to it all. I was confident I would have had my completion cert if still with Mel's team.

Hi Cariadqueen,

I sent Craig e-mail around the 6/01/15 at creditfix and told him that my review was due this month. He said to send him the details and he would forward them onto the relevant person/team who deals with annual reviews. because it is not his field.

Hi,

I did contact my IP to say not heard anything. I got a contact who is a manager there.

I sent in my I&E and used PJGs from last year and sent my payslips without any prompting.

He told me my review was not changing in how much I pay but Greg has confirmed that it was my review and my paper work is going to come through post to say how much paid, how much to go and what to pay.

So feeling more relieved.

But you have to be pro active and send in your details, I found sending them to the generic custpomer services was pointless as they never confirmed receipt and no record of them so had to re send to the manager.

I have contacted Greg today and got a very quick response. My annual review was due in october. I had sent everything to pjg prior to that and had expected all the info to be handed over. I hadnt heard anything despite chasing it since the transfer. Today I have been told that PJG should have done it, however due to the backlog since the transfer plus the fact that CF didnt have access to the i&e that I did for PJG, it hasnt been done. I now have to redo my i&e, and Greg will pass it on to the relevant dept. I've also been assured that its nothing to worry about and they will now do it asap.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
I would definitely chase it up with Greg if you haven't heard anything.

Can someone please clarify for me, I made my first payment in Feb 2014 with PJG prior to my creditors meeting and I'm on the register from early March. Like a lot of people I'm not getting a lot of joy from Creditfix, can someone please confirm when my first review is due.

It will be a year after your creditors meeting.

Thanks for clarifying that for me recovering, this whole process again is so stressful since being transferred to Creditfix, so wish we could do something about this,

Your terms probably say there's a 2 month leeway so your review could be a year and 2 months after your creditors meeting.
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!
