SECTION 40 OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE ACT

This is the section that anyone who receives constant calls should refer to.

Log date and times of calls and in particular keep any answerphone records of same.

something very strange has been happening in regards to the phone calls from my creditors, was up-to-date with all my payments until April, my creditors phoned me to ask for payment as i'm in arrears, they asked if i could make token payments then said they'd ring back to take debit card details for the payment and three weeks later no news.

Do you think they are up to something or have they given up??

Same as my lot Shuli - they give up for a few days and then come back.

Hi David,

I've removed the telephone numbers from the posts as we don't put numbers down.

Sorry about that Jan - I put the phone number down so fellow posts might be able to recognize it - won't do it again

No problem - they change the numbers anyway, and people should be wary of anyone calling with anythng other than a geographic number. The chances are they are either trying to sell them something or they are creditors.

Are you talking about Barclays deeppockets?

If so then I would just have a word with your IP about the fact that you have had this paperwork sent through - they may want to take it up with Barclays.
