No way should you have had anything like this after your IVA. Barclays will have had the information by now.

I had a letter the other day to say that my catalogue had passed on my debt to these people and they needed to know the order number of iva(though they said br or other order) so they could make a claim. I'm assuming the catalgue did not give them my ip's details and so I have to call them to tell them details so they can make a claim. Also keep getting calls, well a pre recored message about debt. And texts. its crazy.

I would pass all this info onto David - he can sort out the catalogue and hopefully contact the creditors to get them to stop the texts.

You shouldn't still be getting those now.

after my iva was approved I got a few calls , i told them my situation and forwarded them a copy of the chairmans report not had any for months now long may it last .

I had one call on the day of the meeting, explained everything and never heard anything from anyone else.
