Hi
That is appalling, you need to write a letter to your IP requesting that they contact the creditors concerned and copy you in on the letters.I would also write to the companies concerned and enclose a copy of your chairmans report and ask them to check the Insolvency register where they will see your name listed.

Hi
Well try writing to each one, original creditor and the company that it has been sold onto, stating that you will complain to the Financial Ombudsman if letters persist.

Personally, I would also recommend that you contact your IP and forward all the correspondence to him and ask him to deal directly with the creditors concerned.

They will have a virtually standard letter for such instances.

Tell it like it is.
