Creditor demand though I am in an IVA

Been in a iva with creditfix since july20
Bamboo have sent a letter demanding full payment but they were inc in my iva?

The massive plus about an IVA......simply pass the details to your provider and relax as creditors can do nothing to you.

No they won't, they are bound by the IVA and you can tell them to do one if they contact you and refer them to your IP.

Bamboo told me when i last spoke to them that they don't accept iva’s , they didn't vote in the creditors meeting either , Ive been in my iva since july20

Emailed the letter over to credit fix last Saturday and haven't heard anything back from them ? Should i have heard back from creditfix ?

Creditfix are notoriously bad at communication --- you will have to work to get a reply !
