I've been called by albion collections several times this morning. So, i answered the phone and told the agent exactly what i told them 2 days ago. Albion agents are a quite stupid i've decided.

When you tell them how things are, they probably put the phone down and tell the next person along the row to try again and see if they can get any money out of you.

Perhaps it's a competition and the one who manages it gets a prize!

When our creditors knew that we were taking steps to get an IVA they tried everything they could to get money out of us. I had a row with someone at MBNA as they told me they could make me sell my house. They were by far the worst. The others were not too bad looking back. Lloyds TSB even refunded some interest and charges once the IVA was agreed. We had few calls in the period after the IVA was agreed but once they were informed, usually by my husband that we had entered into an IVA they apologised for calling and never called back.

Like some others have said on this forum thread I think there are prizes for the reps that get the most money by scaring the likes of me half to death!

I certainly couldn't do their job! I'd be sympathising with everyone I spoke to!
